At its heart, the Enneagram helps us understand why we think, feel, react, and relate the way we do. It gently uncovers the deeper patterns, fears, motivations, and coping strategies we have carried through life—often without even realizing it.

Many people spend years trying to “fix” themselves, when in reality, they simply have not yet understood themselves.

What Is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram identifies nine core personality types, each with its own worldview, emotional patterns, strengths, struggles, and unconscious habits.

The Enneagram explores the deeper emotional drivers behind behaviour.

It helps answer questions such as:

  • Why do I react so strongly in certain situations?
  • Why do I keep repeating the same relationship patterns?
  • Why do I struggle to rest, trust, speak up, let go, or feel enough?
  • Why do I feel disconnected from myself even when life looks “fine”?The goal is not to place you in a box.

I have gone deeper into my own independent research and observations, developing a more detailed interpretive report based on Enneagram test results.

This deeper layer of understanding has helped me support my clients more effectively by identifying underlying emotional patterns, behavioural tendencies, blind spots, and core struggles with greater clarity and compassion.

Rather than offering generic insights, I believe in helping each person feel personally seen, understood, and guided in a way that truly resonates with their life experiences.

There is no shaming, forcing, or fixing.
